No, if you are dissatisfied with our service for whatever reason, you can terminate it at any time. However, it should be noted that the website and domain belong to PEWEO for the entire duration of the contract. If you would still like to keep it after the contract has been concluded, we would be happy to make you a corresponding offer.

When canceling your PEWEO contract, you can specify what should happen to the domains you have registered. You can choose between the following options:
1. You have the domain(s) deleted when your cancellation comes into force.
2. After you cancel your PEWEO account, you have us keep the domain(s) ready for transfer to another provider for 28 days. This service is free of charge for you. So that you can carry out the transfer without any problems, you will also receive the necessary authentication information from us.
For legal reasons, information about the whereabouts of the domain(s) must be provided in writing when you cancel. The easiest way is to send us the cancellation via our contact form or by email to team@peweo.com. Please send the cancellation from the email address stored in your account.
